Pantry Procedures
To receive food, we require that you provide a photo ID and a recently dated proof of your current address within Oconomowoc or the OASD (such as a utility bill) with every visit.
Each household may visit the Pantry for food up to 2 times per calendar month.

Our Procedure
A box with numbers will be put outside our front door shortly before we open. Please take a number when you arrive. You may wait outside on the benches or in your car, but please keep an eye out for a volunteer calling your number.
When your number is called, please come in with your photo ID and a recent proof of residence (such as a utility bill). A desk volunteer will check you in. If this is your first time visiting the Pantry, the desk volunteer will register you in our computer system which may take a few extra minutes.
Please note that our procedures have changed in recent months:
Once you are checked in, another volunteer will assist you with shopping from our shelves. You will be able to pick out items from our shelves that you may need, as well as fresh produce, when available. We will also provide you with frozen meat and a bag of paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue, and paper towels).
If there is anything you want or need that you don’t see on the shelves, please ask!
